Terms & Conditions

1. The “#IAmFoodKOL Challenge” is organised by Mohd Chan Group (“the Organiser”).
2. This challenge will run from 15 Dec 2023 till 15 Jan 2024, 11.59pm.
3. This challenge is open to all Malaysians only, aged 18 years old and above. Individuals below the age of 18 years old (“minor”) must obtain prior consent from their parents/legal guardian in order to participate in this Challenge. The parent/legal guardian shall be deemed to have consented to the minor’s participation in this Challenge. These Terms and Conditions will be applicable to their parents/legal guardian.
4. The “Oh My Ketam Promo” is valid at all Mohd Chan Restaurants, dine-in only. Promo is not valid with other coupons, promotions, or discounts, and is only eligible for Mohd Chan Members.
5. The “Oh My Ketam Promo” is limited to two redemptions per visit, per receipt, per table. While stocks last.
6.  All employees of Mohd Chan Group, their affiliates, and/or related companies, distributors, and advertising agencies are not eligible for this contest.
7. There will be a total of 13 winners for this contest.
8. The prize allocation is as follow:
   

   Grand Prize	RM400 Cash Prize + RM400 Cash Voucher
   2nd Prize	RM250 Cash Prize + RM250 Cash Voucher
   3rd Prize	RM150 Cash Prize + RM150 Cash Voucher
   Consolation 10x	RM50 Cash Voucher

9. Multiple submissions for this contest are allowed but one individual is only allowed to win one winning spot.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to use all submissions for promotional and/or other activities at its discretion. The Organiser is not bound in any way to give compensation and/or benefits, monetary or otherwise, to the owners of all submissions.
11. Winners will be announced on 26 Jan 2024 on Mohd Chan’s Facebook page.
12. Winners will have to PM their details (Full Name as per MyKad, MyKad Number, Mobile Number and Current Address) to the Organiser for prize arrangement.
13. If any winner fails to PM his/her details to the Organiser within 1 week after the announcement of winners, the Organiser reserves the right to replace the winner.
14.  The winners are required to collect their prizes at Mohd Chan HQ in-person. Representatives may be sent with permission letter and necessary documents.
15. If any winner fails to collect his/her prize within ONE (1) month, the organiser reserves the right to replace the winner.
16. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes with any item of equivalent value without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, and/or exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other items and will be given on an “as is” basis.
17. Organiser’s decisions are final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
18. All participants of this contest are bound to the stated Terms and Conditions and will acknowledge the judges’ decision.
19.  The Organiser may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions and may also withdraw or discontinue this contest at any time without notice or be held responsible for liability to any party.
