My Papa, My Hero Contest Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions :

1. The “My Papa, My Hero Contest” is organised by Mohd Chan Group (“the Organiser”).
2. This contest will run from 9 – 16 June 2024, 11.59pm. 
3. This contest is open to all Malaysians only, aged 18 years old and above. 
4. The “My Papa, My Hero Contest” is valid at all Mohd Chan Restaurants, dine-in only. 
5. All employees of Mohd Chan Group, their affiliates, and/or related companies, distributors, and advertising agencies are not eligible for this contest. 
6. There will be a total of 10 winners for this contest.
7. The prize allocation is as follow: RM10 Mohd Chan E-Voucher for Siakap Goreng 3 Rasa dish worth RM68 for each winner valid for ONE (1) month from the winner’s announcement date.
8. Multiple submissions for this contest are allowed but one individual is only allowed to win one winning spot.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to use all submissions for promotional and/or other activities at its discretion. The Organiser is not bound in any way to give compensation and/or benefits, monetary or otherwise, to the owners of all submissions.
10. Winners will be announced on 24 June 2024 on Mohd Chan’s Facebook & Instagram page. 
11. Winners will have to PM their details (Full Name as per MyKad, MyKad Number, Mobile Number, Current Address and Mohd Chan Membership details (if any)) to the Organiser for prize arrangement.
12. Winners are required to download the Mohd Chan App for prize redemption and the prize will be credited to the winner’s Mohd Chan App account. 
13. If any winner fails to PM his/her details to the Organiser within ONE (1) week after the announcement of winners, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize. 
14. If any winner fails to collect his/her prize within ONE (1) week, the organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize.
15. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes with any item of equivalent value without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, and/or exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other items and will be given on an “as is” basis.
16. Organiser’s decisions are final, and no further correspondence will be entertained. 
17. All participants of this contest are bound to the stated Terms and Conditions and will acknowledge the judges’ decision. 
18. The Organiser may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions and may also withdraw or discontinue this contest at any time without notice or be held responsible for liability to any party.
