- “#MohdChanKuantan Photo Contest” is organised by Mohd Chan Restaurant (“the Organiser”).
- This contest commences from 15 December 2019 to 15 January 2020 (11.59pm). After this date, no further entries will be entertained or permitted.
- The organiser will not be held responsible for entries which are not received for any reasons.
- All participants must be Malaysian citizens.
- No entry fee or purchase is required to participate in this contest.
- The organiser will select 10 winners based on the creativity of the qualified participants. The winners will be announced on 20 January 2020.
- Multiple Facebook accounts from the same winner will only be entitled to ONE prize.
- The winners will be announced on ‘Mohd Chan Malaysia’ Facebook page. Winners who fail to reply within 3 days after the announcement has been made will be disqualified.
- Winners who fail to submit their personal details personally will not be entertained. The Organiser will not be held accountable for any loss or damage of the prizes in the delivery process.
- The Organiser’s decision is final.
- All participants of this contest are bound to agree with the stated ‘Terms & Conditions’ and will acknowledge the Organiser’s final decision.
