Chan Mari Chan We Lou Together Contest

From 19 Jan – 29 Feb 2024, join the Chan Mari Chan We Lou Together Contest to stand a chance to win Chan Mari Chan Ang Paos!

1. The “We Lou Together Contest” is organised by Mohd Chan Group (“the Organiser”).
2. This contest will run from 19 Jan 2024 till 29 Feb 2024, 11.59pm. 
3. This contest is open to all Malaysians only, aged 18 years old and above. 
4. The “We Lou Together Contest” is valid at Chan Mari Chan Muhibah Bistro, dine-in only.
5. All employees of Mohd Chan Group, their affiliates, and/or related companies, distributors, and advertising agencies are not eligible for this contest. 
6. There will be a total of 3 winners for this contest.
7. The prize allocation is as follow: RM88 Chan Mari Chan E-Voucher Ang Pao (x3)
8. Multiple submissions for this contest are allowed but one individual is only allowed to win one winning spot.
9. 9. The Organiser reserves the right to use all submissions for promotional and/or other activities at its discretion. The Organiser is not bound in any way to give compensation and/or benefits, monetary or otherwise, to the owners of all submissions.
10. Winners will be announced on 11 March 2024 on Chan Mari Chan’s Facebook page. 
11. Winners will have to PM their details (Full Name as per MyKad, MyKad Number, Mobile Number and Current Address) to the Organiser for prize arrangement.
12. If any winner fails to PM his/her details to the Organiser within 1 week after the announcement of winners, the Organiser reserves the right to replace the winner. 
13. The winners are required to collect their prizes at Mohd Chan HQ in-person. Representatives may be sent with permission letter and necessary documents. 
14. If any winner fails to collect his/her prize within ONE (1) month, the organiser reserves the right to replace the winner.
15. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes with any item of equivalent value without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, and/or exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other items and will be given on an “as is” basis.
16. Organiser’s decisions are final, and no further correspondence will be entertained. 
17. All participants of this contest are bound to the stated Terms and Conditions and will acknowledge the judges’ decision. 
18. The Organiser may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions and may also withdraw or discontinue this contest at any time without notice or be held responsible for liability to any party.
