Our Humble Beginnings

As Malaysia’s first food manufacturer that obtained the ‘halal’ certification for soursop and other fruit purees, the founding team of Mohd Chan Restaurants is no stranger in the ‘halal’ food industry. Our primary business a decade prior to the first restaurant was supplying raw and processed ingredients to airports, hotels, hospitals, schools, and F&B outlets.

Our Milestones

Throughout the years, we have seen continuous expansions through organic growth, leading more than 200 staff members (as of 2017) and serving hundreds and thousands of people.

2017
